This role is to help the business achieve growth over the next 3 years into new and existing markets working on strengthening existing relationships but recognising new business opportunities for the company.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Strategies a 1- 2-year plan to grow the business to their achieved target
- Develop new business opportunities & managing existing relationships
- Promote the business within existing networks while continuing to expand network
- Report regularly while maintain open communication with management within the business
- Coordination of the bid or tender process and providing strategic guidance in structuring the proposed solution
- Identify new clients and the decision makers within their organisation
Set up meetings between client’s decision maker and the company leader
To be successful for the role:
- Must have worked in the construction sector with experience between 7- 10 years
- Experience working for a builder, Architectural or Development company
- Be articulate and approachable with a professional style representing the business
- Identifying market segments in which the business can grow and operate
- Good connections with SPM’s, QS, Architects and other relevant consultancies
- Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, marketing strategies and submission preparation
- Most importantly be passionate, a self-motivated & a go getter
- Have a variety of styles to navigate through and negotiate appropriately

Working as a Projects administrator at Innovatus Projects, you will be working with the team to:
- Provide a range of administrative and support services to meet the projects team
- Working & reporting back to project team
- Assisting on site documentation
- Procurement administration including purchase orders and SWMS documentation
- Obtaining insurances from all subcontractors
- Prepare cost forecasts, monitor financial status, and providing regular updates
- Provide input or financial reports to Executive Management Team
- Preparing contracts, purchase orders
- Preparation of tender documentation required for the procurement of sub-contractors including tender and pricing schedules, scope of works, comparative tender analysis, and recommendations
- Preparing project close out documentation
- Liaise with client regarding progress claims
- Office & Site based role
Key Skillset Required:
- knowledge of construction techniques and sequences
- Background in the design, construction, and delivery process
- Competent user of computing software including Microsoft Office, excel and power point, MS Project.
- Great communicator verbally and written

Site Manager

Working as Site Manager at Innovatus Projects, you will be:
- Working with a project manager and a Project administrator to undertake project works
- Responsible for daily coordination of trades
- Undertake Work Health Safety Environmental duties daily
- Liaise with clients and Trades
MUST have Criteria
- A minimum 7 years+ experience in a similar commercial site supervision role
- Hold senior First aid certificate
- Structures experience and good overall knowledge of all trades
- Sound understanding of Construction Plans and Specifications
- Strong understanding of the program dates & use of Microsoft Projects
- Manage all time and quality aspects on the project
- Great knowledge and respect of OHS procedures. Ensure that HS&E legislation is met
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills with own team and trades
- Have a Strong attention to detail
- Have the ability to solve problems as they arise
- Have Sound IT Skills- MS project experience
- Have a Drivers Licence & OHS White Card
- Have own vehicle
