Project Information
The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is the independent prosecuting authority of New South Wales (NSW). This project was a undertaken as a fixed cost. The floor space per M2 was 1500m2.
Innovatus Projects had 11 weeks to construct a combination of 67 private offices and boardrooms but also install ceilings with acoustic treatments along with all services, joinery and furnishings.
Due to the number of offices and boardrooms this job required certification of each space. To maintain movement of walls and doors meant that the fit-out would be non-complaint with-out these certificates. The Architect was Dan Mathias of Davenport Campbell.
