This was a make good & refurbishment project as their lease ended and return the 400m² workspace back to the building manager.

Innovatus Projects reconfigured the new existing office space to accommodate BAE Systems new business needs. Relocating the existing workstation layouts, providing secure meeting rooms & private offices. A new high end security system was installed through-out their offices along with full wall graphics. In addition, there was a need to provide fresh air for mechanical service works as it was previously not there.
