San Churros has been proudly serving Fairtrade certified coffee and tea since 2010, Churros (Spanish Doughnuts) are hand made in-store using traditional recipe and delivered straight from the Spanish churrera to your plate.

This job was undertaken as a Design & Construct project. Sophie Colis from Code design was appointed by Innovatus Project as lead designer. It took 12 weeks (including design) to complete. 

Before the renovation could start Innovatus discovered that hazardous materials needed to be removed. Underground services that were connected to neighbouring building also posed a challenge for the 350m2 project.
