This remarkable project aimed to create a grade A lift lobby that would harmonize with the building’s exquisite views of Darling Harbor, instilling a sense of awe in clients and visitors alike. It was an endeavor unlike anything the building had witnessed since its inception in the early 1990s 

The scope of works encompassed various aspects, including demolition in areas affected by the refurbishment, meticulous relocation and rehashing of cabling to align with new layouts, and the installation of state-of-the-art lighting systems and controls. The project’s innovative design concept elevated the interior aesthetics, introducing a warmer treatment through carefully selected flooring and wall finishes. 

A noteworthy aspect of this project was the collaboration between Innovatus Projects and esteemed designer Sophie Collis of Code Design. Careful scheduling and coordination were meticulously executed to mitigate noise disturbances, ensuring a harmonious environment for all stakeholders involved.
