Pittsway Arcade Food Court is a compact 2 level complex comprising retail merchandise and Asian Food outlets.
The Pittsway Centre Refurbishment project was awarded in 2022 to Innovatus Projects by the City of Sydney Council with a contract value of $1 million. The City of Sydney Council has engaged us to undertake a creative but cost-effective refurbishment to enhance the environment for the Centre’s stakeholders and public as well. Due to the building’s aged and under-maintained condition, the site was earmarked for a 5-year re-development timeframe.
Works encompassed a coordinated range of finishes including architectural ceilings, feature wall, column and floor tiling, feature lighting, architectural vinyl wall and column cladding, entry façade upgrade and updated food court furniture and joinery.
