Innovatus Projects was engaged to deliver a full refurbishment of L3 and a new fit-out of L2, transforming the space into a secure, acoustically treated, and highly functional office environment. The team led early-stage activities including stakeholder engagement, site evaluation, WHS planning, and coordination with incumbent service providers.
Construction was delivered in two distinct stages to accommodate operational constraints; Level 2 was completed before works began on Level 3. Acoustic and security specifications were paramount due to the sensitive nature of the ODPP’s operations. All consultation and office spaces were built with high acoustic ratings and secure access control measures. Systems such as HVAC, fire. electrical, and data were upgraded and fully integrated with the building’s BMS.
