The SNSW Armidale project involved the full transformation of a cold shell tenancy into a purpose-built, contemporary Service NSW Centre. Innovatus Projects was appointed to deliver a comprehensive internal fit out, ensuring all works met the operational, accessibility, and compliance standards required of a public-facing government facility.
The project was executed under the MW21 contract framework, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and minimal disruption to ongoing centre operations. Key elements of the scope included the construction of internal partitions and ceilings, wet area fit outs in line with DDA requirements, and extensive coordination of essential building services. This included the upgrade of incoming power supply to meet the demands of a high-performance government facility, as well as the installation of compliant electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. All works were integrated with strict site controls, stakeholder communication protocols, and a robust compliance and quality assurance framework.
