Since 2017, under the leadership of founder Nick Halakatevakis, Innovatus Projects has become a trusted delivery partner for fit out, complex construction and refurbishment projects, often involving multiple stakeholders and live environments.

We believe project transparency is essential to maintaining your budget. This is why we provide full visibility on all quotes between our partners.

You’ll have full access to all tenders and subcontractor quotes and invoicing, so you always know you’re receiving the best market rates.

We are able to cater to commercial fitout projects of any scale or budget.

You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and make the final call on every decision. We’ll be in communication with you every step of the way.

How we give back

Innovatus Projects give back to our local community through a number of meaningful partnerships and initiatives. As part of our commitment to local communities, we offer free lunch to construction workers, donate to His Boy Elroy, The Barstool Bros, Hoodies for the homeless with Wave FM, and give $2.00 per square metre to preferred client charities from every project.

We’re also proud members of several organisations, including the Property Council of Australia, The Illawarra Connection, and the NSW Business Chamber. Furthermore, we’re associated with the Tree of Knowledge (TOK) in Sydney and Parramatta, as well as the IFS Community Wollongong Wolves.
