BAE Systems plc, a leading British multinational in defence, security, and aerospace, engaged Innovatus Projects to manage the make good and refurbishment of their 400m² office space at the conclusion of their lease. The objective was to return the space to the building manager in compliance with end-of-lease obligations while also preparing it to meet new business requirements.
Innovatus reconfigured the existing office layout to suit BAE Systems’ operational needs, including the relocation of workstations, and the creation of secure meeting rooms and private offices.
To enhance security, a high end integrated security system was installed across the premises. Full wall graphics were incorporated to reflect the company’s identity, while critical mechanical service upgrades were completed to introduce fresh air ventilation, addressing a long standing gap in the building’s original infrastructure.
The result was a compliant, secure, and modern workspace tailored to the evolving needs of a global defence leader.
