Innovatus Projects successfully delivered a high-performing office fitout within an accelerated 11-week program, transforming a cold shell into a sophisticated, acoustically rated workspace. The scope included high acoustic-rated partitions and ceilings, acoustic door seals, and an operable wall system with electric seals for flexible breakout and boardroom spaces.
An accessible bathroom was constructed with core hole penetrations and new water and waste services. Mechanical upgrades included fresh air intake louvres, achieved by modifying the existing façade window suites. Each office was treated as a separate fire compartment with compliant detection and EWIS systems. High-end finishes, including detailed joinery and integrated acoustic panels, ensured all performance requirements were met.
