Innovatus Projects delivered the refurbishment and expansion of the Safe Assessment Unit at Shellharbour Hospital within a live healthcare environment. The project involved demolition, reconfiguration, and construction of new areas to support clinical operations while maintaining uninterrupted hospital functionality.
Works included new slab and footings, structural steelwork, cladding, roofing, and upgraded services such as electrical, medical gas, HVAC, data, and lighting. Interior works featured new partitions, finishes, vinyl flooring, aluminium doors, custom joinery, and workstation fit out, all delivered with strict live-site protocols including dust control, noise management, and access coordination.
