Innovatus Projects refurbished the Quadrant Lift Lobby, transforming it into a premium Grade A entry that captures the building’s views over Darling Harbour. Works included demolition of existing finishes, reconfiguration of cabling, and installation of modern lighting systems with advanced controls to improve both ambience and functionality.
High-quality flooring, wall treatments and finishes were delivered in collaboration with Sophie Collis of Code Design, ensuring a contemporary aesthetic with practical execution. All works were completed in a live business environment with strict dust, noise and safety protocols. The result is a sophisticated lift lobby that elevates the building experience and leaves a lasting impression.
