Innovatus Projects refurbished the Wollongong office of global mining and minerals giant South32, located within the University of Wollongong Innovation Campus.
The project entailed a complete de-fit of the existing workspace, along with the safe removal of debris. Innovatus employed carefully considered methods to prevent any damage to the building during this process, ensuring compliance with the university’s strict waste management procedures. Site managers displayed quick thinking and a high level of adaptability on this project with the discovery of some unexpected existing conditions.
