The Mirrabook Mental Health Unit located within Shellharbour Hospital was in need of an upgrade and employed us to accomplish the task. We have undergone this project in 2021.
Scope of work involves refurbishment of bathrooms-ensuring that these have PWD accessibility, laundry room, nurses station were also refurbished within a live and active facility. All areas needed preliminary demolition, upgrade of the electrical and plumbing works, some waterproofing, painting and some carpentry works for upgraded storage and shelving.
The challenge is to ensure that we deliver top quality output without interfering with the work happening in the facility also while following strict COVID and safety protocols.
