On all our projects we provide you a dedicated project team to assist and complete your project. That means you have a project manager ensuring that all pre and post project tasks are ready when they need to be, that Work Health Saftey & Environmental requirements are being taken care off and much more.
A Full time site manager to ensure that all works are happening when they are meant to be, taking care of all work health safety environmental issues with their project manager.
A Contracts administrator to ensure that we are meeting our contractual obligation to you our client, assisting with all pre and post project approval and requirements.
As part of our process it is our responsibility to manage the delivery time frame of the project, Quality of the Works, Workers Health safety and Environmental issues during the project.
We also assist with all project certifications and approvals and if required we can also assist in the design of your space with one of our design partners.
At competition we also provide training on all new equipment and provide you 18 months Warranty period.
As part of the project process Innovatus Projects will arrange all the necessary trades to complete your project.
This includes but not limited to; Demolition, Wall framing and linings, Ceilings, Electrical Services, Plumbing, Air conditioning, Joinery, Workstations, Furniture, Cabinetry, Waterproofing, Tiling, Painting, Acoustic panels, Audio Visual requirements etc
